Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern the contractual relationship between:

(hereinafter "the Seller")

and any individual or legal entity making a purchase via the website www.furiousrc.com (hereinafter "the Customer").

1. Purpose

These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of products offered by Furious RC to the Customer.

2. Products

Products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.
However, the Seller cannot be held liable in the event of errors or omissions.

Product images are not contractually binding.

3. Prices

Prices are stated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
Shipping costs are additional and specified before order validation.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

Placing an order implies acceptance of these T&Cs.
The Customer receives an email confirmation once the order has been validated.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.

5. Payment

Orders are payable online using the payment methods offered on the Site (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Payment is secure and required upon ordering.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the order.
Delivery times are specified when ordering and may vary depending on the chosen carrier.

In case of a delivery delay exceeding 30 days, the Customer may cancel the order and request a refund.

Transport risks are borne by the Customer from the moment the package is handed over to the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without giving reasons.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, complete, and in their original packaging.
Return costs are borne by the Customer.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned product.

8. Warranties

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

In case of a defective product, the Customer must contact the Seller at: contact@furiousrc.com.

9. Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for any indirect damage (loss of business, loss of opportunity, etc.) arising from the use of the products.

The use of RC modeling products must comply with applicable safety regulations.

10. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, available on the Site.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (texts, logos, images, graphics) are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of the Seller.

Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the Customer agrees to seek an amicable solution with the Seller first.
Failing this, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Toulon (France).
